Question:

I recently left the University and my e-mail account was closed. I need to retrieve some information from my account, but I cannot get in. Is there anyway of getting the information?

	Well I really never liked Tracie, but I would say to assign this to the Unix team and they can deal with it. That or Sandy.

	Nevermind the Remote Instance, a customer is trying to call the Help Desk and getting hung up on, this will give me an opportunity to go down there and yell at them for a problem they can do nothing about.
